1. Booking & Payment

All Old Jack Tours are private and organised exclusively for your group. To secure your booking, a deposit of 15% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance may be settled on the day of the tour or as otherwise agreed.

Minimum group size is 6 guests per minibus. Groups of 4–5 are welcome — a small supplement applies to cover the minimum.

2. Cancellation by the Guest

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled tour date.

∙Cancellations made 3 or more days before the tour: full deposit refund

∙Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour: deposit is non-refundable

3. Cancellation by Old Jack Tours

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour, we will notify you as soon as possible, refund your deposit in full, and offer an alternative date.

4. Weather & Conditions

Old Jack Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you directly to discuss the best course of action together. Your safety and comfort are our priority.

5. What’s Included

All tours include: vintage VW van ride with driver/guide, winery visit(s), tastings as described per tour, and meals where specified. Any add-ons selected during booking are also included.

Not included: personal travel insurance, items of personal nature, additional purchases at wineries or restaurants.

6. Liability

Old Jack Tours is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Guests participate at their own risk. We strongly recommend personal travel insurance.

Guests with serious health conditions, mobility issues or allergies are advised to inform us before booking so we can ensure the best possible experience.

7. Photography & Marketing

Old Jack Tours may take photographs or videos during tours for use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of your tour and we will respect your wishes.
